About a month ago I installed the Sidewinder 520 chain conversion to my 04 DS. Yesterday I finally got the chance to go riding and All I can say isWOW! I am really amazed by the difference it made to throttle responce and power.

Before I made the change I could not excelate up hill in third gear. It would either stay the same or bog down. Now I am pulling hard up hill. I also had a hard time keeping the front end down doing hill climbs. It also got rid of my slow speed chain rattle.

Now I only spent about 3 hrs riding due to crappy weather but I am looking forward to really giving it a test at Winchester over Easter weekend.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I agree , i have done many of the basic mods and still think this was the best. Bike hauls @ss now and my biggest problem is wheel spin LOL...
