Hello I have a 2000ds that I recently bought from a guy. anyway I noticed that is has a bent upper left arm(view from on the bike) does anyone know what a stock one cost? Should I buy a new one or should I try to straighten it? Thanks

 

Bike bandit has them for 117.47 ea. prt #4541541-001. Dealer is 121.97. Prt# 706200122

Hope that helps. If you think you can straighten it go for it. You can also look in the What's in your garage thread and someone might have one.

 

Check ebay for the ASR adjustable uppers... I got mine for $150 shipped for the set. They are fully adjustable and that will help any twitchy steering problems.

 

Let me know if you want to purchase a used one - I still have the complete set I took off my 2000. I think 1 of the lower arms is bent.

 

Will 2003 and up fit also, are they also Adjustable?
