pipe glowing red and flames? clarification

Got ya Nut.
I thought bombrider04 and everybody else was talking about a constant flame. (Kinda like the 6.4 Ford diesel!!!) Like a nito flame. If you all talking about a back fire flame that is entirely different. I see what your talking about now. And your on it about being lean.
On a small side note Nut. Smokie used to drill a small hole in the head pipe to induct O2 in the pipe. This would reburn the unburnt hydrocarbons in the pipe, He would get more flow out of the pipe that way for the exact reason you stated above. Pretty neat little trick!!!

No not a constant flame I was just using an example jsut for future reference...My quads aren't doing this, but I was just wondering thats all...here is an example of someone that can't jet and the lean condition I was talking about.
