After removing my airbox I now need a new place to mount my recitifier. I found a place I think will work, above the rear shock, where the front of the rear fender is bolted down. I kept the rubber washers to mount it again and plan on just drilling new holes through the metal plate there. Has anyone mounted in this location, or where do ya'll usually put it?

Thanks in advance,
Seth

I drilled some holes under the rear plastic where the tool compartment is and mounted it there. The nuts that hold it on are inside the compartment if that helps the visual

You can also mount a bracket to hold the rectifier onto the suframe where the airbox hole is...I forget whose I saw like that, but someone on here had a bracket like that.

I use a piece of flat alum stock and some spacers under the battery which I have flat up under the seat. I have the rect and the starter relay mounted there.
