You are running a 16/35 gearing? Is that the sprockets you are refferring to? If so, then revving out is not going to be too big of a problem. Smaller Front, and larger rear will shorten the amount of time you are in each gear and cause a quicker rev.

If you are sitting on the bike. Your CDI is on your left side straight down from your handle bar. Is is tucked in right there under the plastic. You can see about half of the black box if you are standing away from it. It bolts right to the frame.

You should be fine running that CDI, as long as you are careful and don't over rev your quad. Based on what you have in your sig, I am guessing you have not done any head work, and thus have stock valve springs and shims. If so, you do not want to rev your bike higher then about 8,000 RPMs. and that is fine, as you are not going to make any power there anyhow. Just have to be more concious of what you are doing, and pay attention and listen to your motor. With no rev limiter, you could do a lot of damage.....

But with all that, it is a good addition

Well if you have 22" tires on there, and could get a long smooth run a little down hill and the wind at your back, and you can get her to 7500 RPMs in 5th then yes you may hit 92....... I do not know what you run in, or what you are wanting it to really do over all.

I mainly ride the sand, so I have 22" tires and 15/42 gearing so my over all top speed is not even close. But I would cover ground quicker then you and you will be playing catch up. If you are doing any kind of trail riding, or sand dunes, or anything like that. I would say you want to change your gearing around.

Give us something to go on. What kind of riding do you do, or want to do? Are you a "big" boy? Like over 240 lbs?
