Thank you all for your comments. Can someone tell me why some of my replies are deleted? They just seem to disappear?

Got it Thanks Raptorfn660r, and excuse the noob. Thanks again. In the first post that was removed I thanked you all for your comments and I said someday I hope to have enough money to get one of those busa engines on my DS. That would be crazy. Although I don't think I am that good of a rider to get one though sounds crazy fast. I also mentioned I saw a busa ds on an auction site, that ds looked sick that thing was a monster, much props to whoever built that bike.

That particular BusaDS is a very sweet machine. He has a few previous builds that he had sold that are out there being run for some very happy customers.... Only wish I was one of them

You will find some very nice upgrades available for your DS. Do you get to do some good dune riding, or are you stuck a long way away from the good ones?

Hi DragonDj, I don't do too much dune riding mostly desert and mountain trail ridding, the place I normally go ride has a bit of everything and a few really good sand dunes. I usually go on those a bit. I'm pretty far from both Glamis and Pismo in CA. Although I think pismo is a bit closer maybe 4 hour drive from where I am. Look forward to going to glamis sometime maybe this year. Heard great things about that place.

A 4 hour drive would be a nice improvement for me. Oregon Dunes are 6-7 hours away, and Sand Mt Nevada is about the same. Those are 1 way drive times.... I am located up in the Chico/Redding area.... But I can tell you it is all worth it!!!! Well Oregon is

Not much sand here close by. Those are 4 plus hour drive times one way for me also. The place I go does have a couple of dunes but it's very mixed. Trails, woops, dunes and a very nice completly flat dry lake where you can really open her up. Never been to Redding, only made it to Red Bluff I have a cousin who lives there.
