Baught a used 04 bombardier from a dealership, 1st time riding it, we heard some ratiling and clunking noises when going down hills and putting on the brakes. sounded like the brake calipers chattering, even more after going through water, Dealer said they put a new clutches in the transmission, took them 7 weeks. still the same noises. they said they have to get a book to check the lashes on the gears.(sounds like bull to me.) i have a 1 year warrenty.the odometer said 1599 miles when i baught it. (it still does.) i put 50 miles on it. any ideas would help. oh yea. this is the eighth quad ive baught from these azzess. thanks full throttle.

 

What kind of wheeler? Outlander, traxter, ds, need to know what wheeler it is before we can help at all.

 

outlander 400 rotex. i cant determine where the sound is commimg from. the driveline or transmission. if they put new clutches in the transmission, it did'nt make any difference.
