Dang, great job on the weight loss guys. I need to motivate myself to lose a few. I need to hack off about 60-70 lbs. and I'd be happy. You guys are an inspiration to me! Thanks.

 

Man, thats awesome you guys. When I was an iron worker I was right at 180, could eat all I want and never gain an ounce.

Once I got into an office I jumped up to 215. I'm back down to 205, but trying to hit the old 180 again and it is a slow process.

I just love to eat.

I can't immagine. I'm about 225#. To think how my feet and legs would feel if I was hauling twice my weight around then, to haul even 20# less.

I could stand to drop at least 25#. . . Why does it have to taste so good!
