Anyone have any experience the Thunder Alley Pipe? It's a megaphone style pipe like the Top Gun. I tried to get a Top Gun, but couldnt.

So I went out on a limb and decided to try something different. The owner Bob, is a great guy to talk to and each pipe is handcrafted to order. Looks like the Top Gun in a works type finish, or you can get it ceramic coated.

I got the slip on with ceramic coat for $335 shipped.

I plan to dyno it against the HPR End Cap when I get it back here after Christmas.

Does he have a DS to fit it to? I plan to be in Hanford Dec 9 to the 11th with my DS and he could use it for fitting.

TheStir Bob said he has one. You should stop by and see if ya can get a look-see of the pipe! That is about the estimated time to be back from the coaters and to be shipped out!

Thunder Alley has been around along time. Small word of mouth type of business. Mainly dirtbike pipes though. Just a small company putting out a great product. I know they are LOUD; 101-105 dbs.

I get back home the end of Dec. Should have info after the new year.

That would be awesome! I'm anxious to see how the Thunder Ally works. I tried to get my hands on a Top Gun, but looks like those that have one are not willing to let it go.

The Thunder Alley pipe arrived in country yesterday! Unfortunately, I wont be able to pick it until the end of the week.

Will have some pics up by end of the week!

Chris,

That's great. Looks like a super pipe direct from an exhaust specialist.
I don't know how the "Eric this, Eric that" always gets on threads, but as far
as I can see, Eric does not have a shop or even a phone number listed.

Looks like you've got the best thing out there. Just tell us its as good as it looks.
And then Eric and Randall can mark it up 50%, hype it up, and sell it here without even
paying for a listed phone number, much less pay for advertising on this great site.

Thanks for your research and finding a reputable vendor!

Wow, 2 posts and you want to start bashing someone out of the gate. This Forum is about people who ride and buy certain products and about sharing what we find and or do not find. Another Pipe option out there is a great thing. Not one of us would say different if it can perform. And that my friend, is a big if at this point. I am a very satisfied customer of OMW Racing, and as long as the service and quality can't be beat, I will continue to be. And now where is this company listed at to make it "reputable vendor" No one get me wrong, I have nothing against this place as I have yet to do any business with them, and have not even heard of them until this point.

Interesting that this person has a screen name of ripds650 and is bashing the top dog right out of the gate? The sad part is I typed all of this prior to catching that, and so was caught hook line and sinker. So another alter ego has emerged. I could only guess who this might be...

Dude, I am anxious to hear what you come up with, and how you think it does. New products are always cool. Good Luck, and I hope it works good for ya.
