Never owned a can am before...any goodies I "need" to have or just leave it alone and use it for what its built for...cuise around and drink beer?

 

Congrats and welcome.After you ride it for awhile you will have a better idea of what you might want ot add. If you do anyriding in the rocks most definitely get a set of skids for the bottom.Its good insurance to protect the frame.Then you might want to improve on the air intake with a better filter setup like K&N or such, and then a good muffler will help improve the performance.Depends what type of riding you do that will determine if you can get along with the shoes that came with it.
