Valve adjustment 800 outlander
#1
I just had the valves adjusted on my 07 800 outlander. Olson power equiptment in North Branch MN. did the work.I did all the oil changes myself. They did the valve adjustment.Charged 52.00 for it.Very fair price in my opinion, fast turnaround, very good service. My question is the manual says every 100 hours they need to be adjusted.Just wondering if this is necessary.I only have 28 hours on mine,so this was the first adjustment.I thought this was the most important one so had it done. But wondering if the next one was needed. Thanks for any info.

probably buying the repair manuel, and see the way to check the clearances youself would work pretty good. then decide if you want to adjust them or let the shop. I have always thought it was best that i know the machine.
