And just so that you know, there is a ranger post before you even go up to the flats. No way to get around it, if that's what you were thinking. Kind of sucks, but if it gets us a paved road someday.... then I'm in. Hasn't yielded anything yet though.

It dose suck and it took a few years at the imperial dunes for the pass money to kick in but we have improved restrooms and grabage dumpsters way cleaner camp areas and better roads.And it dose slow the fif raf down a tad.

 

That's the thing I don't understand AZ, with all the people going to Dumont now, there is not 1 garbage dump or clean out to be used. NOT ONE!!!! The numbers are astranomical when you look at the tally from one weekend. I don't get it. It's CA trying there best to milk $$$ out of every last one of us.
