I just used mine for the first time this weekend at Dumont.
My toe was out of whack as I dropped the front end since the last trip and I still noticed a huge improvement. Really noticed in how my arms felt after a couple of rides, get off not even feeling like I had been riding.
I'm getting one for the kids quad now.

Stabilizers do just that. They remove some of the "hit" transferred to the bars from bumps, ruts, and anything else the front tires roll through. I have only ran the stick style stabilizer, and there is a small increase in effort needed to turn the bars on the riders' part as well. That is the only downside and not even one that bothers me while riding. They are highly worthwhile.

I dunno, my cousin had one on his '01 DS cause it was twitchy, noticed a lil bit and we ride tough tight trails, i think the new setup after '02 of the a-arms helped tremendously so i never saw the use for them, but to each his own lol
