I went to the dealer today to see about getting a renegade (800 of course) and they were all gone[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]. So I asked where the closest X models were and he said Celing Oklahoma and this other place which cannot be named because I want the one theyve got. I being in north Texas will most likely have to drive 400 miles to get the X model and I want to know if its worth it. There are a few yellow ones here and there within a hundred miles but I like to jump and the X has better shocks and stuff. Whats yalls opinion?

 

tell your dealer to get you an X and wait the week, thats what i did with my CBR, i wanted a yellow F4i so i waited a week and a half for it to come in straight from Honda

 

Wait for the X model, If you like to ride hard and for longer periods of time at speed ,you will want the extra cooling capacity of the X model shocks. And of course hitting jumps and the like, the X model shocks are better set up for doing that. You also get the full skid plates and hand protectors (better for hitting unexpected stuff while going fast). If you plan on spending alot of time going fast then the X is the only way to go. Plus it's black. Not to many of those running around out there.
