Have some $$$

Thank you all for your responses and help. I have just e-mailed OMR for the pricing on the Lectron 46hv and the porting of my intake manifold.
Now, for the web cams, where is a good place to get them at? TIA

You can get them direct from Webb, or one stop shop with Eric at OMW. Don't forget to due the shim under conversion for added safety/security; especially if your are racing.

Please explain the "shim". I am unfamiliar with that. Question...would it be better to get the web cams that require no upgrading of valves:
.400/.400 264°/264° 238°/238° 570 (Performance profile to increase overall power. No modifications required)
OR
.425/.395 287°/284° 260°/256° 109/110 (must use valve spring kit vc-b03)
OR
.425/.425 287°/287° 260°/260° 109 (must use valve spring kit vc-b03)
THANX!

If you do the Web 109s all you will need to do is stiffer Valve springs. Recommend that anyway. The shim under kit is $400 by it's self. If you are going to put in the 109's you are really going to want to raise your compression with a new piston. I know, more money. But the 109s do suffer some on the bottom end to make big gains up top. You can make up that loss with the higher compression piston. But now you raised compression so you are looking at purchasing race fuel and doing a 50/50 mix of race and premium or full race depending on what compression you go to.

Carb all the way... I like the Lectron for wide open riding... I can see where it may not be as well suited for tight stuff... but wide open desert, Lectron is the way to go.
FYI: You MUST port your intake with any of the aftermarket carb setups. The stock openeing is designed for a 42mm carb. The porting should match whatever carb you get. Factor that into the final price. Also the Lectron needs an aftermarket throttle and cable.

Whats up with OMR's phones?, they are either busy or not there. I do not want to upgrade my piston at all. I got a deal on the webcams @ $190 for both and $140 for the valve spring kit. Now I just need my damn Lectron 46hv and ported intake manifold.
