There is a guy in AZ I read about who will do the whole for about 16K, including newer hybusa motor and DS chassis... that is the only guy I have heard of.

There is a fellow on this forum that builds the best busa conversions out there and they go for around 16grand as well, so yes you'd be better off rebuilding yours or buying another DS motor.

There are a couple of builders that do a helluva job with the GSXR 1000 and the Hyabusa 1300. You can't go wrong with either of them, especially the Busa builds. They are very professionally done and run the hill +100mph. Can't be beat. The GSXR builds are done very well also.

Here is where you find the DSXR. Search for Supersonictoys to find the Busa conversions.
Start saving up now whether you buy a conversion, or decide to go with the big bore kit. Horsepower cost money.

I have built one and they are awesume but very expensive and time consuming but when you are done it is worth it especially when your buddies that you have been racing with for years are afraid to run it down the track and the ones who do run it tell you that it took twenty minutes for thier legs to stop shaking after they rode it. :0)

Yep, what Tpshycho said. Very time and money consuming, but when dialed in very well worth it. I'm still getting mine tuned in and it runs good what little I have run it.

Most likely no, usually guys running the big bore kit run a Lectron 48.
