Default A few questions

I am new to the ds 6450 quad. I have found one for sale locally that i can get for a really good price. It's a 2004 baja x with a dynojet jet kit and an hmf slip on. YThe bike is in really good shape and dirt cheap. The only thing is that i like to do some jumping and i have heard that the bike weighs 470lbs??? I wouldnt be doing any extreme freestyle or anything but some decent sized tabletops and doubles. Is there any way to lighten this thing up? thanks

Yes they are heavy, get rid of all the stuff you don't need like skid plates and nerf bars. Also you can lighten the subframe quite a bit. As far as the rear tires, you need to turn the hubs down on the DS to accept the Yammi wheels.
