Default Can Am 500

I am not that familar with the Outlander 500 but I'm considering buying one. I have an artic cat 400 and run 27 inch tires for more clearance in the snow. Will the Outlander handle 27 inch tires? How does the Outlander Run in deep snow?(8-10inches) How durable are they?

Default Can Am 500

I have not had my 08 Outlander 500 Max XT long enough to say how it will hold up, but my uncle has had his 500 for two years with no problems.
It really seems to be a tough machine, I spent the last two weekend playing in the snow 8-12 " and it goes like crazy, I never seen a 500 class with so much power.
As for the tires mine is the XT with 25 " by 8" ft & 11" back. I am not sure if you can fit 27" tires or not but the bike has 11" of stock groung clearance. I looked at mine and it looks like 27" would fit but thats just a guess. Power to turn them will not be an issue.
