Any Bombardier experts out there? I need to know if anyone makes an oversize piston for a 2003 Bombardier Rally 200. My local dealer told me that Bombardier does not make an oversize piston for the Rally! You have to replace the cylinder & use the stock piston! I tried Wiseco, Vertex, etc. Nobody has an over-size piston. LA Sleeve and the like, do not make a sleeve either! Any help would be appreciated! This is going to be one expensive top-end job otherwise!!!

 

Were you ever able to find a larger piston for the Rally 200?

My stock piston is stamped with a 61.95

The replacement piston is stamped 63.95
