Question 04 outlander not getting fuel

hey i just purchased a 04 330 outlander 2x4 with a few known issues
the first and main problem is not getting any fuel to the engine.i took off the air filter and
primed the carburator and it starts. so my question is what steps should
i take to locate my problem?

all tips/solutions would be a great help as i have never worked on a outlander.

note: once i get the engine running i will post the other problems.

Check your fuel lines that run from the tank to the fuel pump. Remove your right side plastic and the lines run just under the top part of the frame. They have a tendency to dry out and crack and suck air instead of fuel.
