Do you have a Service Manual for your quad?

theirs a C-clip that keeps the nut from backing out or getting loose. You have to take the clip out before you can get the nut off. The c clip is actualy inserted into your axle. You may have to tighten up the nut to make it easier to get to the clip.

Take the small (6mm) nut & bolt out.. turn the big aluminum nut in a few turns.... Dig the wire clip thingy out, then spin the nut off.. you might have to insert a small prybar or screwdriver into the split on the nut to turn it.. tap the rotor off, & the axle slides out..
