I have never heard of anyone adding gussets to the DS650 frame, only cutting to save weight. It's a pretty beefy frame.

Good looking out (The Stir) about the gussets question......I deffinitly will no add gussets. I was just trying to find out if it was a good idea, or not. My problem is that I am to quick to do something with out finding out more details about it. A friend told me to ask questions before I make any moves, so that way I wont go into anything blinded. It took a while, but know I see what he means. I didn't know I could have had bigger valves put into my DS725 head when I spent $5000 to have my motor built up. A little searching, and I would have had OMH work done for the same price or less.

Tape on the first picture on my page, and you can see my dyno run. 61.5 H/P
