Default 07 ds650x issues

ds650 back fires, idles perfectly but as soon as i hit the gas it just backfires.if i hit the throttle slowly i can get it to rev up but its the quick pumps when it backfires. i did install a pro circuit exhaust k&n air filter outerwears air box lid and a ron woods cdi.i have not rejetted,is that the problem?or should i worry about something else.i have the jet kit just dont know how to rejet.ill have to take it to the mechanic for that.i also have a 15 tooth sprocket that i need to install, should i do this after or before rejetting? or does it matter?thanks in advance

yes u need to re jet it because u have more air coming in and your new exhaust system is flowing better too. u should be fine with or with out the sprocket.
