This one 2001 Can-Am DS 650, 7404 Drive System, Rear | CyclePartsNation Can-Am Parts House allows you to zoom in. At least enough to be able to see which part is what.
There are many others at dealer specific sites that are bigger also. Parker Yamaha used to be really good.

I had never done one either the first time I tore in to it. I had the shop manual and the help of many awesome forum members to guide me along. A few very stressful hours later and with fingers crossed I hit the start button and she roared to life.
I can say now though after having done many of them that the Rotax is one of the easiest motors to work on.
What are you rebuilding about it?

Well the guy I got it from tore down the rear end and didn't put it back together and the motor the guy at Kawasaki said is on wrong it's pushing oil out of the over flow tube and said that's the first thing that needs fixed is the main thing he said he may have to tear down the motor to fix it and he's wanting 1200 to do it and I just can't do that much to fix it

If I were you I would get ahold of TurboBruce. I think he has a drop in motor for around $400. Came out of one of his conversion bikes. And then as you have time you could tear in to the other motor and learn it while not losing any riding time.
You can buy whole DS's now for $1200.
Keep the faith. You'll get it running.
