Ohhh, definately a timing issue. I suspect during reassembly, you failed to get the timing marks right. Stop now and check before you completely destroy the engine.

I'd start with a manual for the machine. Cheaper than taking it to the shop. But I have no confidence in my ability to do this, I'd take it to dealer.
