Ds90x carb cage

How in the world do u remove this without cutting it off?? Also what is the wire that’s grounded to that rivet? Hoping I can just ground it to the intake.

Ds90x carb cage

Did this get figured out. I’m trying to remove the carb to clean it and can’t get it off the bike due to this stupid cage. Never seen anything like this on a small atv.
