I have a 2001 traxter 500 looking for a carb for it. The number on it is Bsr33-12-a. Can't seem to find one. Does anyone know.where I.can get one.

 

There are 4-5 of them on ebay used right now.

I also see a chinese knock off, a friend bought one for his yamaha and it took a ton of work to jet it as the jets were wrong and not marked for size. I used oem jets and made it work but it took lots of time.
