changing Sprockets

When you are taking off the old one, Are they backwards theads or not. I can't get that big nut off.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

You need 1/2 inch drive 20 inches long breaker bar or air tools.

I used both. The motor just cranks over. Are they backwards threads????

No I put it in gear set the parking brake and put my foot on the rear brake. I use a 3/8 air wrench to take mine off. Did you bend back the lock washer.
