I replaced the upper Chain Roller with a TM Design Works unit because of the ticking and clattering noise from the upper stock roller. The noise went away for a while and now it is back again. Anybody else have a ticking or clatter noise from the right side of the motor and a TM Design Works Roller?

I don't think so. I try to run it according to spec. which is pretty tight. How do you run yours?

The Pipe sounds like the best fix.

I run a 17 tooth front sprocket which makes the problem even worse. I have the TM chain roller and I had to stiffen up the rear shock preload to prevent the chain from wacking the frame. The rear shock is way to stiff for my weight. The noise from the roller is annoying and quite loud. I ordered a UPP chain roller from www.jlatvproducts.com

Another thing you might check is the aluminum piece that attaches to the back side of the plastic front sprocket/chain protector. When I changed sprockets I noticed that the chain had been rubbing on the aluminum some. I now have gone to a 14 tooth front sprocket so the chain should be little less prone to hitting the T&M roller. I did notice with the 15 tooth that when going through the sand mogels I could hear the roller spin on occasion. After a year now it has held up really good though, still keep an extra in the truck just in case.

I melted the inside of my chain roller. I have know idea how it would get so hot that it would start to melt. I went over a jump and then it was ripped off. I took back to the dealer, my chain is perfect, and they said its a common problem, they gave me 2 rollers at cost.
