I LOST BOTH OF MY KEYS TO MY DS .. AND IM LEAVING TONIGHT TO GO UP TO ATV NEW YORK .. AND I NEED A WAY TO BY PASS THE KEY BUT STILL BE ABLE TO USE THE ELETRIC START .. ANY IDEARS .. COMON GUYS I NEED SOME BIG TIME HELP HERE .. IM LEAVING IN ABOUT 6 HOURS AND ANY INFO WOULD BE A BIG HELP ....THANKS

Well bro, Quite the sinking feeling.
Well on older model bikes you just cut the two wires and your good.
On your bike it will take a couple of minutes but, remove your ignician open it up and thier will probably be four or six wires, you just pair them together.
They won't be the same colors but they will have matching marks. such as a red next to a black with red stripes or a purple next to any color with a purple stripe or something like that.
I'm not a thief but lost keys has never stopped a good ride.
Just take a couple of exstra minutes and do it clean so you can replace your switch.

If it an 01 like mine, there is only two wires going into the back of the switch and all you have to do is jump them together. It is real simple because there is weatherproof butt conectors aboght three inches down from the switch. You may have to take the nose cone off to get at them but should not be to dificult.
