UPP Chain roller

Hey all!! I just got my UPP chain roller for my ds and was wondering if anyone else had installed one of these? Where did you place the supplied washers? on the outside of the bearings or the outside of the frame mounts? I hope this isn't a stupid question, but you never know! Thanks.....
