Say Hi to DS650DAVE, He got a muffler in his leg (but)!!

Went riding this past weekend with six (6) other DS650's and it was fun. My son and I, along with DS650Dave, Ron, Dave(Entomber), and Mark. We rode in the sand in the middle of NJ and had a blast. Entomber showed us a great time! He is THE MAN! About the middle of the day on Saturday, DS650DAVE decided to go over a fairly large sand cliff after jumping and being forced off by a Raptor (Russ) and went down head first tumbling with his DS650. Well at the bottom the bike's muffler (you now the two small pipes) that sticks out, went the whole way into the top of his leg, right at his but. Well it left a pretty big hole and had to use compressions to stop the bleeding and go to the hospital to get whole lot of stitches and shots. There was parts of his flesh burnt onto the pipes, UGH ... It melted his pants to the muffler and to his skin. Anyway ... SAY HI TO HIM WHILE HE IS HEALING UP AND RECOVERING. GIVE HIM A REPLY HERE AT THE FORUM. He is a great guy and has to heal up before riding again. Thanks.

OUCH! Sorry to here about the tumble Dave, but it sounds like it could have been much worse. At least you didn't have a broken leg or anything like that to go with it. I hope your up[then again, maybe you can't sit "down"] and riding again soon. Keep it wheels down next time though. LOL

I'm already on 4-wheels ..again a wheelchair!& already customizing it
1st modd: a large soft pillow on seat ..to cushion my ars .
The wheel chair is only to keep from stressing the stitched area, while walking ....its only temporary ..I did no damage to my spine, don't worry
(like arny said) I"LL BE BACK!.............David
