I am going to be buying a new baja next week and I was wondering if the wheel bolt pattern is the same as any of the other quad manufacturers. I am going to be looking for some dune tires and wonder if any honda or yamaha wheels would fit.

No, the bolt pattern is not the same as Yamaha or Honda. You'll need to get rims designed for the DS. From what I hear, on the dunes 10" wide rims are the way to go.
