I was wondering what was the best way for me to bypass the rev limiter. I dont have enough money for any of the ron woods stage kits, but i know ron woods sells a seperate ignition box that will do it that will cost me about $300. I was wondering if this is the only way for me to do this.

taller gearing will keep the revs lower while keeping speeds up.

go with a 17tooth counter sprocket. like scooby said taller gearing is it. you probably know but your factory is 16t. another idea is taller tires in back, you probably got 20s, go with 22s. idea#3, lose the kendas, the rubber compound is to hard. find a softer tire. If you could get traction when taking off half the problem is solved!!!! (OR SO I THINK)
