Taking delivery of a new 2001 DS on Tues. I've read most of the posts regarding the 2001's and felt like for the money it was worth giving Bombardier a shot. Had good luck with their other products....jet skiis,lear-jets.....so how bad could this be. Had the chance to ride a Baja last week...sweet machine...just wanted to stay within a budget. What kind of oil are most people running in this...dealer says 10w40 is good..I havent read the manual yet so I dont know whats recomended. What size paddles are guys running and is there a less expensive way around the rev limiter. Any other advise will be considered.thanks folks.looking forward to years of great fun with my new toy!...thanks.....

Yeah! Great choice! Your going to love it! I run Castrol GTX 10w-40 in my 01 as well.

 

We have been riding at New Jersey Off Road Vehicle Park in Chatsworth NJ.....Not sure where ur at in Pa but this a good place...lots of trails..and a decent track.how about you?.take care
