Thanks marky it will help and by the way i alba pipe kit, dynojet stage 3,k&N on the carb and dynojet says that you should put the 195 main jet under 3000 feet but i ride between 500 and 1000 feet should i put a bigger jet like a 200 or 205.
Thanks again for your help.

Marky i would like to get something clear,i'm not to good when it comes to jetting so when you say lean it out a little at a time do you mean the next jet i should try is the 200 and to make it richer i would have to go down like a 190 or is it the other way around.
Thanks.
Thanks.

DSWOLF,
No that is normal, it's called reversion and happens with or without "proper" jetting. BTW, I ride at approx. 300 ft elevation and have had the best results with the 195 main and the needle on the fourth clip from the top. I ran a 190 main on my last trip this weekend and it was too lean, ran great but got too hot under hard riding.

Try it, it is easy to go back if you don't like it. The needle position primarily controls mid-range response, it does however have an impact on main jet flow and as a result can richen or lean the overall mixture. What I was trying to achieve with the needle adjustment was the ability to loft the front tires with just throttle in second, third, and fourth gears in the mid and upper portion of the RPM range. On my set-up this clip position worked, it might work on yours too.
