Yeah, I got some comments. I love it.

I would buy another in a heartbeat. My only problem is I am so power hungry that I cant stop. I am going to have to get a big bore setup , but I can't decide whether I want the 703 in the near future or if I should go for the 760 and wait a little longer.

Anyway back to the reason for the post.

It is a great quad, I think it is the best on the market, provided it fits your riding style. If you want to get it and then go ride tight tree lined trails, think again.

If however you are looking for the baddest desert and dune machine in a nice 4 stroke package then the baja is the bike. I have never ridden a regular DS, so I can't comment on it.

I personally like the look of the DS and the quality feel of the bike is just great. I took mine out yesterday after piping and jetting it and it runs great. I also feel more confident on this machine than my raptor. It just feels more stable at speed and it really wants to run.

If you don't get my opinion yet, Just go buy it. You will not be disappointed.

Bat you said it all. I have owned 2 DS650 a 2000 model and the new Baja, the baja is definitely an improved machine but I had great luck with the older one as well.

Don't dismiss the Baja if you ride wooded trails. I almost didn't buy mine because I figured it would be to wide. I'm glad I didn't. You just have to negotiate the trails a little different. I don't regret my decision at all.
