buzzdsm,
The Bomb will fit between the wheel wells of a full sized p/u as long as you havn't installed a wider axle or a-arms. You're on your own with the topper. I suggest measuring the hight from the groung to the ends of the handle bars then the floor of the p/u to the top of the door of the topper in its location relative to the handle bars. If you really want to leave the topper on while transporting your quad, you may need to loosen and lift the topper enough to fit the quad through then re-fasten it. Or loosen the bars and lower them. I understand your desire to leave the topper on though, with a rise in theft of quads lately, we want all the security we can get.

I've got a factory setup on my DS suspension and a 2001 Dodge quad cab.
The DS650's front tires squeak through the wells but go through just fine.
About the topper, it would have to have a pretty tall topper so that you could ride your DS in or you need to buy a lot of hemorrhoid cream if you decide to push the DS up the ramps each and every time.

You might try to invest in a locking rear ramp trailer with rails. You can find them used and even new for fairly reasonable prices. That's what I'm working on now.

Take care,
SD

I'm assuming by 'topper' you mean a camper shell, right? Like a Stockland or a Snug Top etc? I haven't seen it done with a DS, but I know a guy who fit a LT250R in the back of a S-10 with a shell on, he just unhooked the front shocks from the lower mounts (causing it to sit several inches lower) and it fit in well enough at that point. Though, when he loaded/unloaded the quad he removed the shell, if you're creative you could do it without removal I'm sure.
