Yes. The Dynojet kit will come with instructions to get you going. Start with their recommendations, and work from there to achieve a golden tan plug.
With the K&N filter, go with the 3rd groove on the needle in your kit, even though the kit instructions will make you wonder between the 2nd and 3rd. I would guess you'll end up with a 180 main jet, but that depends on the pipe and the altitude.
FYI - Dynojet main jet sizes are not the same as Mikuni sizes - they actually run smaller. A 175 Dynojet main is actually smaller that a 175 Mikuni, just by a little. Keep that in mind when buying any future jets.
