Biggy,
I did get the shocks, thanks for the info.
I got the Works Pro 5/8 shaft,piggy's,ajustable rebound,threaded spring ajustment,Triple rates
They are coooool!!
Tried to install the TimmyBoy a-arms last night and the bottom a-arm bushings were to small to except the bolts..........Damm!! called TB he said he had a bad batch of bushings go out.So I sent them over to a machine shop to get them reemed out.And yes I tried swapping out to the old stock bushings.....A NO GO!!
We will try again tonight,I am getting closer though.
So far I have the Team-Pami race 1 cams and piston installed,PRM full skids, custom a-arm skids,IMS tank,2 full sets of tires 23" fronts and 22" rears with rings.
Still waiting on a Diamond G steering stem and heel guards.
Hopefully be testing and tuning Sunday
I think the Baja will be more ready then me............You don't build up to much endurance turning a wrench.

Jeff,

Start riding a bicycle to all of the local shops etc. That'll build some endurance.

Did a 20+ mile ride today...........Everything works great!!
The front shocks are a little stiff still.
The shocks came with intructions for a rear shock.........whats up with that!

Any comments on how to best set them up?

ok this is how I set mine up
preload = zippo all the way loose....
comp adj(top clicker on piggyback) hit the biggest jump on the track and set it barly bottom out or barly not bottom out ..your choice .....I like to run a little plush ....you mentioned you racing a 250 race so I would set it up as soft as it will go ....

p.s hey jeff do you like how it takes the dive out of the front end ?

Biggy,
Thanks I will try that!
I prefer plush too.
Yes the dive is almost non existent.
Hit a couple of deep ruts and pot holes at high speed, thinking I would have to hold on for dear life...and Wha-la blew right threw them like they were nothing! Cant wait to get them dialed.

The 22" rears are bit tricky to throw side ways sometimes though
