let me know what number of disc you are all running with your alba exhaust and how it affects it. is it possible to purchase extra discs through alba?

 

Yes you can get more disks. I emailed them and for me they said $56.00 will get me another set of disks (12) end cap and screws. Might be less for you since the DS pipe comes with less disks. I didn't ask if you could buy a few at a time.

 

I think you can get an endcap for it from Alba. You can with the Raptor at least. I spoke with someone from Alba a few weeks ago on the subject and he said that the open end cap made a bit more power on top, but lost some on the bottom and that it really wasn't worth it. It does look better, though.

 

Disk systems were created to offer the highest flowing spark arrester possible, be tuneable for sound, and fine tune the power band.
Putting washers in between disks does the same as adding disks, only cheaper, but it also makes the assembly no longer in complience with the US Forestry Service. Keep this in mind if you go anywhere arresters are required.
