The one problem I see is TEAM PAMI NEEDS A SHOP HERE IN THE STATES! Thats absurd having too ship everything oversees and back! Is that $800 shipping rate accurate? DS guys are being taken advantage of!

 

I wouldnt cut his Knutz off yet. He is going to Kentucky to take on UPS. He has done a ton for the forum and you DS guys in particular. Over christmas he made arrangements with Bomb to get a child a new quad because his was stolen. This was a total stranger to him, he did it because he wanted to do somethig nice for someone. I think we need to see what his position is on all of this before we start kicking a horse that isnt dead yet. He should say something though and I am sure he will. You guys are a tough crowd thats for sure. All we know is some members are getting jacked around alittle bit but look at knutz, he is getting jacked around on here by his customers and UPS. He is taking a huge dry pounding and doesnt really seem to deserve it. Lets not get to carried away till we know whats up. I am sure if UPS is the issue he insured all packages (I hope). Good luck to all of you in getting your engines in a timely manner, you dont deserve to be missing a motor for longer than promised.

I routinely send and receive packages from all over the globe for business and can tell you that international shipping of packages is VERY expensive. The most recent example I can give is a 40&quot; x 10&quot; x 3&quot; box weighing 25 lbs from China via UPS - cost app. $250 with our discount. Add weight and value to the package and the price goes up....

I dont think that Don has any reason for a fake ID. Why hide? I have always felt the easiest way to fix a problem is to be honest about what is going on. I did it when I worked at a auto dealerships service department. Yah I took some good chewings and all but I also had a huge customer following because people trusted me after that. Sometimes the public doesn't need to know everything but you should always tell the customers what is going on. They handle things alot better if your up front with them.
