While in the process of removing my float bowl I managed to strip the screw head on one of the screws. We all know how tight they come from the factory. I was able to tighten it back on after I rejetted using a pair of needle nose vise grips but if I take it off again that will be the end of that screw. Anyway, does anyone know what size screws those are. I could order from Bombardier but if I can find them at an local auto parts store that would be great.

Thanks

3-4mm x 10mm and 1-4mm x 12mm for the screw that holds the idle adjustment cable. You can go here to order some stainless steel socket hex head screws

Look in fastners... or go to your local hardware store.

Hey Buttfungus--can you elaborate a little more on the screws...there were many choices on the thread type/measurment in particular...any other characteristics that should be included? Thanks.

Could anyone possibly tell me the size of the bolts that hold on the front bumper? I just got a chrome one and my old one is in WY. Thanks

Maybe you should pick up some standard size jets and sell your own "jet kit w/replacement bowl screws" with the all the info on your site you'd know which jets to include...

barkbiterds,

lol...yeah I give 4mm screws away every chance I get! They seem to last quite awhile! I'm ready if they ever have a 4mm socket head cap stainless screw shortage!... I've thought about it ! BTW, the top 2 carb screws are 5mm x 8mm or 5mm x 10mm if I remember correctly.
