LABOR DAY????

sandscum, I dont have paddles for his bike. I would not bring him if it is just you. It would not be safe to leave him alone. You never know who is watching.
My wife goes with me riding and so when I go off alone she is there to watch him. I guess I thought that your wife would be coming along.
Anyway, I look forward to the trip and duning with all the Ds's.

Hey sandscum my daughters 15 but bring your son thats the perfect age to start them.its cheap family fun right now wait till he's older and want to compete then leave him at home till he can afford his own bike.

AZSAND,
Armagosa is a strange place huh?
We passed it a few times during the Terrible Town 250,from what I hear it is not off limits...One of the guys I raced with Ken,said he has ridden there...
By the way it could get warm at Sand Mountain for Labor Day

JSsDS,
If you guys make extra stops, you could always drive REALLY fast to catch up! I'm not sure what the schedule would be for stops. I hear it's about 4-6 hours from LA to Sacramento. I like to stop as little as possible, but I might have my Fiance along so I'm not sure how long she'ed want to go between stops. Either way, you're starting out a little bit ahead of us LA people.

That sounds alot like our dunes accept no tabletops and I know you can ride there. There has been many times that I have been out there and not one other person is riding. Kinda nice accept I think it is kinds good to have others out there in case of emergency. I sure do like not having to worry about another ridier t-boning me mid air cause we didn't see each other.

Yeah demon, that is one thing I really like about our dunes. Last weekend, I could sit on top of a dune and shut off and take off my helmet and all I could hear was the wind. It was nice.
There were some other people out there, just seemed they werent riding when we were and vice versa.

AZSAND, I'm surprised you don't know about Armagossa. Your sand drag association races there.
It is not off limits just hot like Dumont and Glamis. I know people who like that place more than Dumont.
I've only been once and at the time I had a Warrior so as you can imagine I had a tough time climbing some of those hills.
