I need to get a new roller. I think I will get the one from Alba. My question is, when you are riding the bike, is the chain suppose to be riding on the roller all the time? If it does, does that mean I need to adjust the shock in teh rear? Thanks.

Have you tightened your chain?

If you are riding on the roller I would adjust something.

I picked up a chain roller from James Lucky (they have the UPP rollers and it seems to work well.)

Good luck.

I have adjusted the chain and cranked on my shocks.

The chain is not suppose to be riding on the roller. Adjust your shocks for your weight. Suppose to be 3 to 3.5inches of sag when you set on the bike for what the bike sets with no rider on it. If your a big guy like me you will have to crank on the rear shock alot.
