Bent my axle!@

WHat I thought was a simple bent wheel turns out to be a bent axle. Can a machine shop fix this or do you have to buy a new one? WHat prices am I looking at? What are good brands if I have to invest in one? What really sucks about this is I only weigh 150# and rarely catch any air.

I really don't know how I bent it. Its hard to pinpoint exactly when it happened but I'm thinking it might have happened during my rollover. Anyway, I found two places that can straighten ATV axles. One place in Pennsylvania and they only charge between $20.00 - $40.00 !! The other place is in Arkansas. I need to find someplace local.

Rockey - I had a local machine shop here in Indy straighten a bent axle for me a while back, off my 350X, charged me $20. They got it within .004" of runout. Just start calling all the shops in your town - you'll find somebody.
About Dura-Blue - people don't always get the warranty service they expect from them when they try. They won't always just give you a new one....from what I'm told they try to get out of it if they can, blaming it on abuse.

Your right Chris. I found a machine shop yesterday that said they can do it. I figure if I save about $300 I can put it towards more mods. Woohoo. Did you get your seal replaced yet? We are going riding this Sat if your interested.
