Well I am in the market for new tires and I was wondering if anyone has tried out 18's on the rear of a DS. I ride exclusively MX, so clearance is not a concern. Also if anyone has run these, what size do you run on the front?

Hey Mad, I am sorry I don't have any Info for you on the tires, but I did have a question about your twist grip throttle. Are you still using your handguards with it? And Does it come with the neccesary cable.

Yes, Angry, I am still using the handgaurds and the kit includes the cable. I ordered mine from Dennis Kirk, for I believe 60? On the throttle side, when you install the new grips, chop about a 1/4 off of the end, so they won't wub against the handgaurds. Also, word of wisdom, when routing the cable take the stock one off the throttle assembly and carb, then put the twist one on the throttle end by the throttle assembyl and pull it through. It takes a little bit of sweat and cursing, to get the throttle hooked up to the carb, but it's well worth it. If you have any other questions email me, PM or post it here.
