It sounds good if you want all chrome, That might look pretty cool with yellow on the radiator shield. Me for example I love Black, I have all black plastics, rims, nerfs, bumper, grab bar, radiator scoops. I really want to get my frame painted black.

I removed all of the old wiring looms, and replaced them with red ones. It was a real pain in the butt and most of it gets covered up when you put the seat back on. So I did other things like the throttle cable, brake cables etc. Put a red pipe on, red grips. Just little things but it gives it personality.

Badassbomb has everything on his DS650 Purple, and it looks sweet! He has a purple powdercoated frame, and all his wiring is in purple wiring looms. I plan on doing a little personalizing, also. there is a few items, like rear brake reservoir covers, and front brake reservoir covers for sale on ebay for cheap.

Can we get a description of these super-machines, or a picture? What is the most eye-catching thing on a DS, that would make a big difference?

I think that removing the front mini-fenders, adding nerf bars, and radiator scoops really gives the DS650 a racier appearance. Also, the handguards on the Baja give it a distinctive look. It gived the DS some height.

Oh, yeah, and I have a picture of my Baja DS650 sitting next to three regular DS650's, and the Baja edition bumper, and extra headlights make it look wider.
