When I changed all my plastics to black I tried to find them everywhere and the only place I could get the was at the dealer. The one in Hayward was pretty helpfull and they are close to you.

Have you been to Hollister lately?
My cousin will be riding in a hair scramble at Metcalf in 2 weeks. I'm gonna be his pit guy again. Not that he'll need me; he just likes to have a strong back to help unload the gear.

 

I haven't been able to ride lately. Been finishing putting together my truck. I wanted to go this weekend but there is a gun show at the Cow Palace so I will try and get out there the 21st and 22nd for the weekend. When are you going to hollister?

 

Jmac- Your DS is sweet. I love the black out that you have going on. Did you get the wheels powdercoated? You should get some chrome or steel braided lines for the hoses. That would look killer. JCWhitney has some Flex chrome hose covers that would give it an awesome look. If I was to do my bike over I would do it like yours.

 

Thanks for the compliment. I had the rims powdercoated satin black. I am thinking of doing the frame next. Then a extended steering stem with black pro tapers. Trying to stay away from polished alum and chrome, all black.
