I have had my TM45 in for about a month or two so far and it feels like it is lagging. right now I have a 150 main jet in there and I am at sea level. Should I go with a 180 main jet or some other size. I am going to be converting it over to methanol but that won't be for another month. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your jetting sounds pretty close compared to others that have a 45mm carb. Check your plugs after riding hard for a while and see if they are a greyish/tan color (as they should be) or white (lean). I wouldn't jump to a 180 though, there are plenty sizes in between like say 155-160 and try raising your needle a notch or two. Check the link and see what others are running but remember that dynojet and Mikuni don't measure their jets the same. Dynajet lists their jets by flow rate and Mikuni by hole diameter. Look elsewhere on Steves site for a jet size comparison. Sounds like a lot of work to go through for a months worth of riding though.
